On Thursday, March 17th Hotwire Communications attended "The South Florida Future of Office" seminar at the Wells Fargo Center in Miami.

Neisen Kasdin, former Miami Beach Mayor, was the key moderator. They centered on the shortage of condo-type office buildings in the Dade county area and the compounding grid to the accessibility of overbuilding in the Brickell and Downton area. The main topic was sharing office space and communal space with an open feeling environment, creating collaborative space. 

Hotwire had an opportunity to learn about the impact of collaborative workplaces, and how it is disrupting the way in which the largest owners and developers in Miami operate.
