On Friday, May 20th the Tower Club hosted their monthly Real Estate Luncheon. The featured speakers included Barbara Salk, President and COO for Newgard Development and Patrick Campbell, VP, The Related Group. Both are major clients of Hotwire Communications with properties like BrickellHouse, Centro, Hyde Park, Beachwalk, Auberge, Icon Las Olas, and Marea.

These industry leaders focused their discussion on sales and development trends impacting South Florida and Fort Lauderdale specifically. They took questions from the moderator Howard Elfman and from the attendees. High points of the discussion were the property values in east Fort Lauderdale compared to Miami and Miami Beach, and how the lack of open space impacting the nature of current  projects. Another topic discussed was Public Transportation and Parking as it relates to the demand for housing. Hotwire had 8 representatives at the event to support our relationship with Newgard and Related Group.
